Our Staff

The SEMPUTI philosophy is to develop and nurture skills wherever we spread our roots. Given that we have the capacity and expertise to transfer skills to previously disadvantaged communities, we take it as our duty to train and employ candidates from surrounding communities as a first priority. Wherever possible, we provide training and internship programs for students in ICT sector educational institutions with the goal of providing full-time employment at the completion of their studies. This mutually beneficial programme allows us to expand our reach and empower more communities, while providing greater capacity for SEMPUTI to win tenders and contracts. The more people we help today, the more we can help others tomorrow.

SEMPUTI is also gender-sensitive and fully cognizant of the shortage of ICT skills among females in South Africa. We are in the process of training female technicians as a means of planning to meet Employment Equity requirements in the industry at large.

Currently SEMPUTI employees have considerable experience in their respective fields. This expert team is able to resolve client queries and problems in extremely short turnaround times, for all sizes and complexities of systems. Our technicians are SITA (State Information Technology Agency) security-cleared and will be able to respond to incidents within SLA in and around Gauteng as whole.
